About Dudhuel Norbuling Association
Dudhuel Norbuling, meaning “Diamond Peacemaker,” is a not-for-profit organisation based in Perth, devoted to the preservation, propagation, and safeguarding of the profound teachings of the Dudjom Lineage for both the Bhutanese diaspora and interested international Dharma communities.
The Association was inaugurated in 2025 under the compassionate guidance and visionary direction of Reverend Jampel Dorje Rinpoche, initially beginning with a small assembly of devoted practitioners. This humble inception arose from the recognition of the vast spiritual potential within sincere aspirants, and from the profound aspiration to benefit sentient beings at large through the cultivation of meditation, wisdom, and boundless compassion. Through the steady maturation of practice and increasing engagement of dedicated students, the Association was formally registered in 2026 with the Government of Western Australia, thereby establishing itself as a legally recognised spiritual and cultural institution serving the wider community.
At present, the Association comprises approximately 25–30 registered members who faithfully participate in monthly Tshok offerings dedicated to the welfare of all sentient beings. These gatherings are held on the 8th, 10th, 15th, 25th, and 30th days of the Tibetan lunar calendar, each regarded as highly auspicious within the Vajrayana tradition, and are presided over by Reverend Jampel Dorje Rinpoche.
Under Rinpoche’s sublime guidance, the Shower of Blessings practice is performed on the eve of the 15th, while Buddha Puja is conducted on the 15th and 30th of each lunar month. Additionally, a concise Troma Nagmo practice is performed on the 25th day, revered as Dakini Day, invoking the enlightened feminine energies of the thousand Dakinis in accordance with Vajrayana tradition.
The Association further facilitates meditation retreats, spiritual instruction, and oral transmissions of essential texts and practices, including the Dudjom Tersar Ngondro, Shower of Blessings, Chöd practice, and a variety of sadhanas tailored to the capacities and spiritual needs of practitioners, in accordance with the compassionate intent of Rinpoche himself.
Through the ceaseless blessings and compassionate activity of Jampel Dorje Rinpoche, many practitioners have reported a profound sense of belonging, spiritual reorientation, and reconnection with their authentic inner nature. Numerous families across Perth—predominantly from the Bhutanese community, alongside several Western households—have respectfully invited Rinpoche to conduct consecration rituals and house blessings, thereby sanctifying their homes and uplifting their spiritual environment.
On various occasions, Rinpoche has also travelled to regions including Margaret River, Busselton, Bunbury, and Rockingham at the heartfelt invitation of Bhutanese families residing south of the Perth metropolitan area, offering teachings, blessings, and compassionate guidance.
Through his presence, individuals experiencing physical, emotional, and psychological distress have found solace and transformation, often describing a profound shift in their lived experience and inner perception through engagement with his teachings.
May Reverend Jampel Dorje Rinpoche live long, continue to benefit beings without limit, and perpetually propagate the sacred Dharma for the welfare of all sentient beings across infinite eons.
